A gentleman from Germany and a lady from Denmark are still managing to keep their romance alive despite a closed border stopping them!

He cycles from Germany on his electric bike as she opts for a nice drive in her Toyota Yaris (with a table and chairs in the boot), sit a few yards apart from each other, have a chat, a good laugh and a few drinks in a showing that love finds a way!

Panda Privacy

Pandas… famously clumsy, delightfully adorable but notoriously hard to breed in captivity. The secret? A bit of privacy!

Tigers in Thailand

Researchers have been trying to monitor and improve the population of Indochinese Tigers across Thailand and Myanmar. There are thought to be as few as 221 across the two countries but new camera trap photos (see below) indicate that their research and conservation efforts are working as new Tiger Cubs have been snapped.

Thailand’s Dong Phayayen-Khao Yai is such a dense forested area that is is difficult to ever spot this amazing species, but it is hoped that with conservation, Thailand’s tiger numbers by 50% by 2026.

Not enough dogs!

Dog foster homes in NYC have recently noticed 10x as many dogs being adopted as the city goes into self isolation. With current reports suggesting dogs can’t fall ill from the disease and people being rather bored without a furry companion. “For the moment we definitely don’t have any dogs left to match” with foster volunteers, said Anna Lai, the marketing director at Muddy Paws in New York, “Which is a great problem to have.”
